Over the years I have learnt that lasting change happens through dialogue and training.  Through my work with public and private sector, as well as with individuals, I have witnessed transformation that comes both from structured training and individual coaching; and this is what Africa, my continent needs now.

This continent is at the cross-roads, given emerging technologies, a changing job landscape and the need for different skills. Today, more than ever, individuals and organisations need to look beyond and identify skills for the future.

Lessons learnt in the past few years, show that we need to reinforce our leadership styles, develop clear business models, identify agile people management skills and create an environment for learning.

As a strategist, I have supported diverse teams from across Africa in strategic planning, performance management, communication and leadership development, and organisational culture and transformation. A passionate training provider, I am looking to work with individuals, teams and countries to create more meaningful opportunities for Africans to make an impact in their professional lives.
