IPMC ™ GAFM Global Board of Standards issues the Master Financial Planner ® certification

A Financial Planner typically prepares financial plans, comprehensive or modular, for his or her clients. The kinds of services financial planners offer can vary widely. Ideal financial planners coaches, guides and plan every aspect of their clients’ financial life holistically — including saving, investments, insurance, taxes, retirement, and estate (inheritance) and help them develop a detailed strategy or financial plan for meeting all your financial goals. Such ideal financial planners are independent, not tied to any bank, insurance or investment companies, and act wholly for the interest of their clients. 

The Master Financial Planner ® MFP credential is a professional accredited certification that demonstrates the attainment of a defined level of technical knowledge in financial planning, professional practice, and ethical behavior. It forms the basis of the assessment that applicants must pass to gain the Master Financial Planner ® status and inclusion in the Register of The Global Academy of Finance and Management® Certified / Chartered Professional.  Individuals with several years of experience in financial planning are encouraged to acquire this certification. The guide book shall assist candidate to pass in the MFP® examination besides providing a valuable source of reference for a Financial Planner to excel toward becoming the Master Financial Planner ® MFP. Study method: Self-paced learning style with the aid of a Guide book. 

 Requirements:   i)  Degree major in finance,  economics, business or equivalent       ii) 3+ years as a financial planner or similar capacity             iii)  Pass the MFP examination 

HOW TO APPLY: To qualify for the Master Financial Planner ® MFP certification, you need to complete the following steps:

1. Complete the Mandatory Candidate Information
2. Complete the payment upon receipt of the invoice   
3. Take the exam when you’re ready

Examination: email to request the examination questions when you’re ready to take the exam.  Examination comprised of 50 questions; Passing grade is 70%.
