The Chartered Financial Director ™ (ChFD) credential is a professional benchmark that demonstrates the attainment of a defined level of financial management, best practices, and ethical behaviour.  Role of a Financial Director

• Management of financial transactions (acquisitions, mergers and transfers),
• Management of cash and financing and third-party relationships: Bankers and Auditors etc.,
• Supervision and approval of Group management control: planning, budgets, reporting,
• Contribution to improvement or introduction of management information systems,
• Preparation of industrial and financial investment reports,

Requirements:   i)  Degree        ii) 3+ years experience in financial management, Financial Director often has previous experience working for a merchant bank or Big4 audit form.        iii)  Pass the Chartered Financial Director ™ examination 

HOW TO APPLY: To qualify for the Chartered Financial Director ™  certification, you need to complete the following steps:

3. Take the exam when you’re ready

Examination: email to request the link to the examination questions when you are ready to take the exam.  Examination comprised of 50 questions; Passing grade is 70%.
