A data scientist collects and interprets data using qualitative analysis.  From their analyses, they can predict, evaluate and share information that impacts a variety of departments and operations within the company. Certified in Data Science CDS

The Certified in Data Science (CDS) credential is a professional accredited certification that demonstrates the attainment of a defined level of technical knowledge in big data analytics management, professional practice, and ethical behavior. It forms the basis of the assessment that applicants must pass to gain Certified in Data Science status and inclusion in the Register of The Global Academy of Finance and Management® Certified / Chartered Professional.  Individuals with several years of experience in data analytics are encouraged to acquire this certification.    Take the challenges ahead with Certified in Data Science ™ certification.

Candidate must have prior experience and knowledge on Big data, data analysis and visualization, Python programming, Python for data science and Machine learning, ETL, data processing,  supervised learning (classification), unsupervised learning (clustering), supervised learning (regression), model evaluation, applications of data science. 

Requirements:   i)  Diploma / Degree                ii) 3+ years experience in big data analytics              iii)  Pass the CDS examination 

HOW TO APPLY: To qualify for the Certified in Data Science ™certification, you need to complete the following steps:

1. Complete the Mandatory Candidate Information (MCI) 
2. Complete the payment upon receipt of the invoice  
3. Take the examination when you’re ready

Examination: email to request the examination questions when you are ready to take the exam.   The examination comprised of 50 questions; Passing grade is 70%.
