Course Aim
The aim of this course is to help participants to develop a working knowledge of basic project finance principles, why it is used, and how it is used.
Participants will learn the elements necessary to support the use of project finance, including: contractual agreements, technology, sponsors, risk identification and mitigation, sources of capital, financial structuring, accounting considerations, tax considerations and financial analysis & evaluation
